Refund & Return

Thank you for shopping at Markle Shop. We hope you love your new furniture, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@markle.shop with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your item.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@markle.shop.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@markle.shop.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@markle.shop with details and photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
